A 400-level student of Philosophy at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Lynda Aigbodega, is in need of support from well-meaning people and organisations.
The lady is down with leukemia, compounded by swollen gums and respiratory track issues that have weakened her blood strength.
The Edo State-born was a very lively lady until about two years ago when she began to experience repeated bouts of headache. The development grew worse and she later collapsed on campus, only for the doctors to eventually diagnose her with leukemia.
Since then, she has received treatment at some three hospitals, including the General Hospital, Gbagada, Lagos, and Divine Touch Herbal Clinic, Benin City.
According to Dr. Solomon Anokhaoya of Divine Touch, Aigbodega requires N5m for a medical trip to India where she will undergo surgery.
The patient’s family said they had exhausted all they had on her treatment so far and could not afford the indicated fee. They are thus soliciting the support of all and sundry. Her account details are: Access Bank; A/C Name: Aigbodega Oyogbo Lynda; A/C number: 0031025100.
